Soon the trees will be filled with green leaves.They look dormant and dreary but;if we look closely we see buds. spring is on its way!

Just a little ice and snow left on the shoreline. We usually have amarch snow storm..I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for an early spring.

Broke my middle finger 4 weeks ago...still not better.I thought I had just jammed it. Like a basketball type injury.After 4 weeks in a brace and a ton of anti-inflamatories I am calling in a professional.Any body out there ever jammed their finger so bad it didn't heal. I am thinking it could be a torn tendon. The last digit can not be straightened once bent. I never realized how much you use that finger. Of course in my teen years it was my main form of communication. Try writing without its help...Or opening a water bottle.Anyway..I am off to see a hand specialist monday...any title with specialist after it could cost me an arm and a leg or at the very least a few fingers.
